Florence obtained her Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Alberta, Faculty of Business in 1994 and possessed her CGA designation since 1998. She has over 10 years of accounting experience in industries and not-for-profit organizations which enables her to better understand clients' needs and provide effective accounting and business advice to small and medium-sized businesses. In 2004, she started pursuing her career in public practice and has worked for various Chartered Accountants public accounting firms throughout the years. With her total of over 20 years of experience in different accounting fields, Florence is well equipped to provide professional and up-to-date business and tax advice to our clients in the ever-changing business environment. Florence has finished the CPA's (Chartered Professional Accountants) three year in-depth tax program in 2016.

Elsie Ng, CPA, CGA

Elsie was graduated from SAIT in 1997 and started her public practice career since year 2000. She obtained her CGA designation in 2002 and has been specializing in assurance services such as preparing audited and reviewed financial statements for various industries and not-for-profit organizations over the last 12 years. She also possesses individual and corporate tax planning experience which could help clients to maximize their economic returns. In addition, Elsie has in-depth knowledge on different accounting software and thus is capable of training and recommending to clients the most suitable accounting system based on their individual business needs.

Other than the partners, LYN & Associates LLP is staffed with an in house tax accountant who has finished CPA in-depth tax program and other qualified and experienced staff accountants. Our goal is to provide our clients with excellent customer service and professional assistance to meet their customized accounting and tax planning needs.
